What can I do to stop my cat from eating my Shamrock plants?

This only happens at night, not when we are in the room. He jumps on the dining room table where I have it sitting. I would like to know what to do and how to stop it.

What can I do to stop my cat from eating my Shamrock plants?
Sprinkle the dirt around it with red pepper. If that doesn't work, dissolve red pepper in water and spray the plant.
Reply:the only way is to get rid of the cat.

the cat will find it no matter where you put it!

my cat finished off all the leafy plants, then moved on to cactus

the ones with the long spikes.

She pierced her lip a few times.

it's just an addiction for kitties
Reply:Cat's love greens in their diets. Go to the pet store and ask if they carry live plants that are ok for cats to eat. There are many kinds of plants but my cats favorites are wild grasses. Once you have done this, move the shamrock plant to a place that would be harder for your cat to reach and place the grass plants where he can reach.
Reply:Yes dear, cats love to munch on leafy greens.

You can get Wheat Grass in most good supermarkets (in California try Raley's %26amp; Belaire, its usually kept in the fresh produce section) also In most major Pet Chain stores like Petsmart %26amp; PetsCo they carry potted catnip and wheatgrass for your kitty's pleasure.

If you give them something that you won't scold them for doing what comes naturally, I'm sure your kitty will spare your more precious plants, and you and your cat will be more happier.

Take care %26amp; cheers babe !!
