Can shamrock be used as a herb?

In Ireland the shamrock is a national symbol as it is said to have been used by St. Patrick to teach Christianity to the pagan people - he used the 3 leved shamrock to show that you can have one leaf with 3 parts - symbolizing God the Father, the Son %26amp; the Holy Ghost.

Never have I heard of its use as a herb.

Can shamrock be used as a herb?
Shamrock, commonly known as woodsorrel or Oxalis acetosella, is the symbol of Ireland. Although I recommend you dont eat anything you are inire of, Woodsorrel can be eaten. The flowers and leaves can be eaten and are used as a curdling agent.
