Who you think is gonna win in the bout between Frank Shamrock and Phil Baroni?
I will bet on Frank Shamrock. He is just too experienced for Baroni who gave everything he could to beat Matt Lindland and was unsuccessful twice. I think Frank has a better all around ground game then Lindland, so unless Baroni gets a knockout during the stand-up he will most likely tap out as he seems to get winded pretty easy and Frank Shamrock has outstanding cardio.

with all that said i hope baroni destroys shamrock for the shitt he pulled against renzo. that was brutal to watch, and i hope baroni makes him pay
