Or are they just "playing along" to sell the upcoming fight?

i think they do. i hate to think that the UFC is going or will go the "WWE" route. (Let's keep it real fellas) Anybody who watched "The Ultimate Fighter" felt the extreme animosity between these two. Shamrock is a complete fool. I never thought that Tito would end up displaying more maturity than Ken. How can he possibly think he can beat Tito? Does he even remember the last time?

Ken Shamrock and Tito Ortiz then argued and had to be pulled apart. The plans for their first fight were postponed after both men tried to fight each other at a press conference. Their feud also has to do with Ken Shamrock's brother Frank Shamrock beating Tito Ortiz in probably the best ever Mixed Martial Arts fight ever in UFC 22. Forget this upcoming match between Tito and Ken, try watching (if you haven't all ready!) hiring the Tito and Frank match - you won't regret it!

i was glad that tito's fighter did so well on the program also. shamrock did not give his fighters anything to work with. i agree with what tate said of shamrock also!!
