A younger Shamrock would beat him in my opinion. Especially the Shamrock that beat Bas Rutten and weighed 235lbs.

Now if you mean Ken Shamrock during his peak (when he was king of pancrase), and had unrivaled leg submissions, then it's another story. Ken had a chiseled body made for fighting, and a gas tank that's not comparable to today's way-past-his-prime. Ken of old would've had a beter chance, but still would've lost via decision, because of Tito's wrestling background. It'd be an entertaining fight though.
